Refund Policy

The Refund Policy of www.searchlawfirms.com describes how the users who have made payment for a Premium Listing can claim a refund and the timeframe within which such claims will be processed.
The users can claim refund in the following circumstances, in the manner and in the proportion provided below:

 

Permanent or Partial Disruption of Services

  1. In case of permanent disruption of services or partial disruption of services for a continuous period of more than 15 days, whereby the premium listing of the user is not displayed, the user shall be eligible to claim a refund of amount proportionate to the unused period of listing.
  2. Such proportionate amount shall be calculated on net amount received after deducting the taxes paid by the website. 
  3. The user shall make a claim in writing addressed to the support@searchlawfirms.com within a period of 30 days from the date when a claim arises. 

Rejection of Listing by the Editorial Board

  1. In case the Listing is found to be in violation of the Editorial Policy and is suspended or deleted, no refund shall be admissible.
  2. However, the user shall be accorded an opportunity to edit and bring the listing in conformity with the said Editorial Policy & Guidelines, after which no further opportunity or claim shall be admissible

Timeframe for Refund

  1. All eligible claims for refunds will be processed and settled within 2 (two) working days from the time of receipt of such claim.
  2. In every eligible claim for refund, the refund amount or refund order shall be issued to the payment gateway within 3 (three) working days.
